For the past 5 years, Somo Monarks Owner; Willie Alva has been providing school essentials to struggling families living in the Bronx.

Knowing that many families continue to live under these same circumstances, we decided to kick off our Back to School Giveaway in 2011. A day filled with food, fun, and great entertainment.
Since 2011 and with the support of friends, family, and those who support our mission, we have been fortunate enough to give back school supplies to over 400+ children in the Bronx.
Last years giveaway at the soccer fields in Ferry Point Park in the Bronx.
